Offered services

Reiki and alike are not a replacement for treatment by a doctor or medical specialist, but can provide meaningful support. If in doubt, always consult a doctor or medical specialist. Reiki and alike can be used alone, or in combination with other forms of medical, natural or complementary therapies to complement them.

Appointment and cancellation conditions

The stated treatment duration is the total time of the session, including pre- or post-treatment talks or other activities. Appointments can be canceled free of charge up to 48 hours before the appointment, after which you will be charged for the treatment. Specific cancellation conditions apply to courses, practice groups or events, which are always communicated when announcing the course, practice group or event.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, you accept that Tenchi Reiki cannot be held liable for any damages resulting from its error, except in the case of intentional error, gross negligence and fraud. In any case, Tenchi Reiki’s liability is limited to the amount you paid for participating in the service.

Tenchi Reiki is also not liable for any indirect or consequential damage, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of profit and damage to reputation. Tenchi Reiki cannot under any circumstances be held liable for any attributed indirect damage. Alleged psychological damage that is claimed to have been suffered during Tenchi Reiki’s treatments or training also falls under this clause.
